Return policy

Snoozebaby wants you to be completely happy with your purchase(s). If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact us at or call us at +31 (0)20 8208247. Unwashed, unused or defective merchandise may be returned within 7 days after ordering for a merchandise exchange or a full refund.

If we dispatched the wrong item or the item sent was defective, we offer a free return service (in Netherlands). We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via this website. Due to security constraints, we cannot reimburse you for an amount greater than your purchase price.

Snoozebaby will not accept returns for any non-faulty item that have been used or worn and tags removed. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received without a tag, you should notify us (by email) on the same day if you wish to return. We strongly advise you to check the products thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags.

Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods. Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible. It is recommended that you ship your return via a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that it does not get lost.

We offer a free return service within the European Union or other  way of compensation for faulty items. If you like to exchange a product, we offer an exchange service however shipping is on consumer’s expense.  Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the European Union.

Faulty goods

Faulty items will only be accepted if the delivered goods are damaged or if there is a subsequent manufacturing fault within a period of 2 months after delivery. All items returned as faulty will be inspected, and any items deemed to subject to fair use, wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.


Refunds will be made within 10 days after your return has been processed. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's account. As previously stated, international custom duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Union.

Once our returns department has received your package, your refund will be processed, using the original form of payment, within 10 weekdays. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process the transaction once they have received the information from us.
